I have been leasing from commercial landlords for over 40 years and have experienced ALL of them. The good, the bad, the borderline and I have never encountered one like Brad Byrnes. EVERYTHING associated with his operation is first class. Walk into 233 East Redwood and you'll see what I mean. Painstakingly restored marble. Immaculate bathrooms. HAC that works. Repairs that get done on time. A roof deck for your lunch break. Personable staff. Seasonal decorations. Regular get togethers at Christmas with an open bar. We’ve had a fantastic experience as tenants in one of Byrnes & Associates’ buildings. The property itself is clean, functional, and well-maintained – offering great value in terms of quality and affordability. It’s been a wonderful home for our Baltimore office.
One of our favorite features is the large, open library space on the second and third floors – it’s an ideal venue for gatherings and events, and a unique amenity for any tenant to enjoy.

Waldon Studio Architects, a Michael Graves Company, Inc., has been working with Byrnes & Associates and their team members for the past few years, both with completed projects and with projects that are underway. We have provided architectural design services for their development projects along Redwood Street and became tenants of theirs in Redwood Exchange in February of 2024, bringing our Baltimore and Columbia offices together into one location.
